HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

All courses come in hardcopy booklet form.

After you purchase your course, it will be shipped to you, usually within 24 hours.

Most courses are available in a Word Perfect format. They can be e-mailed to you, but then you will need to print it out.

You should receive your course anywhere from one to four days after it is shipped.

After you receive your course, it will be necessary for you to complete the course and return selected pages to Lexical Continuing Education for review.

After Lexical Continuing Education receives your completed coursework, we will look it over, return it along with the answers to the rest of the course. That will contain a letter directing you on what, if anything, you will need to do for credits.

That's it.

We generally try to return your graded program within 24-48 hours of receipt.

Please note it is ultimately your responsibility to make sure you comply with your state or national organization.
Please inform us of all organizations in which you are seeking credit from so that we could make sure nothing is forgotten. For many organizations, it will be necessary for you to fill out and send in paperwork after completing the course.
